Over the past 15 years, I have bought or rented property in Europe and Asia. I have painfully learnt that real estate agents often promise a lot, but are then careless when it comes to handling the details.
When working with the real estate law firm Dr Koch Traumrealitäten, on the other hand, I realised that the little things were given top priority. The transaction was handled quickly and in a focussed manner. The estate agent was easy to contact, which is unfortunately not a matter of course.
It was interesting for us to get to know the concept of the bidding process. I had not taken part in bidding procedures before. However, the unrenovated residential floor we were interested in was offered in a bidding process.
Christoph Koch explained the process to us in detail and we finally placed our price and won the bid. We have now been renovating for a few months and are looking forward to moving into our new dream property soon.
For us, as buyers, the bidding process was not necessarily advantageous - we had to announce our maximum price and then hope to win the bid. In the end, however, we are very happy with our purchase, even though we paid a little more than we had planned.
